What To Expect As Sales Supervisors at Tesla, you lead our sales floor teams, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, fostering team development, and overseeing daily sales operations to drive success.

What You'll Do

Lead and guide a sales team of Tesla Advisors, setting individual and team targets

Train and develop team members on sales and delivery processes to enhance the overall customer experience

Monitor daily deliveries, create reporting metrics, and review information with the Manager to meet and exceed KPIs

Collaborate with other departments, particularly Operations Manager and Service Department, to ensure seamless customer interactions

Represent Tesla professionally when communicating internally and externally and resolve customer concerns promptly

Recruit, train, and develop management teams and employees, and ensure adherence to Tesla policies and procedures

Control store expenses, maintain showroom standards, and ensure facility maintenance is aligned with brand guidelines

What You'll Bring

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional time-management and problem-solving skills

Dedicated and ethical approach to sales and sales operations

Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner

Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment

Valid driver’s license required

Without the salesperson license, you cannot engage in sales activities. To check if you are eligible for the salesperson license, please contact the DMV in your state of employment

For roles working in AZ, GA, HI, IA, IN, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, VT, WA: Notary license is preferred. Should notary support be required of this role, Tesla will provide assistance with obtaining a license

Expected Compensation $64,600 - $96,900/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
