Treasury Management-Sales & Payments Advisor Sr (Specialized Industries) – Beverly Hills, CA 90212 Job Summary
A Senior Treasury Management Sales & Payments Advisor focuses on the most complex new business generation for prospects and existing clients in conjunction with a banking relationship team. Acts as primary TM Advisor on opportunities, helping clients optimize their working capital management through utilization of the bank’s TM solutions. This includes localized market knowledge and specialty segments supported within the Commercial and Private bank. Collaboration with the team, including Relationship Management, Client Service, Product Leadership and Implementation, is critical to success. Pay Range

New business development activities including calling efforts, joint sales opportunities and revenue generation. Maintains professional level (C-suite) calling efforts to develop new and existing client relationships. Creates proactive and strategic dialogues with team members and potential clients regarding TM industry issues, best practices, advice and recommendations to position the banks TM solutions and to provide feedback to internal stakeholders. Determines and manages non-credit related risk for the customer portfolio related to TM solutions. Calculates and advises internal team regarding TM service profitability for each customer. Collaborates with the RM team on recommendations for clients. Deposit relationship management and deposit acquisition. Manages existing client portfolio, performs relationship reviews, services clients and increases product cross-sell opportunities. Generates proposals, responds to RFPs and coordinates the implementation of new clients and services. Participates and provides leadership representation to the market, prospects, and clients regarding solutions through client roundtables, industry conferences, in-person meetings such as annual reviews, webinars, and social media platforms. Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Completes all required compliance training. Maintains knowledge of and adheres to Flagstar's internal compliance policies and procedures. Keeps up to date with changing regulations and policies. ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Performs special projects and additional duties and responsibilities as required. Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards and completes required compliance trainings. Required Qualifications
Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) or equivalent work experience. Minimum experience required: 10+ years in a treasury sales role. Preferred Qualifications
Education level preferred: Master\'s Degree (or Postgraduate equivalent). Certified Treasury Professional designation (CTP) as awarded by the Association for Financial Professionals is strongly preferred. Job Competencies
Demonstrates expert knowledge and understanding of treasury management products and services. Applies expert understanding of business cash flows, accounting processes and financial optimization. Applies expert understanding of value propositions related to treasury management applications within a corporate treasury environment. Excellent understanding of business and banking regulations such as UCC, Reg CC, Reg E and regulatory guidance/oversight. Expert sales/negotiation aptitude and the ability to communicate at a senior executive level. Maintains senior level contact with top clients and high-priority prospects. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically when devising a client solution. Strong aptitude for time management, organization and the ability to manage multiple initiatives successfully. Ability to prepare, present and direct client proposals. Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources to resolve a service challenge or develop a solution. Travel to client offices, prospects, branches and various functions is a requirement of the position (approximately 50%).
