Brand Ambassador / Sales Associate . We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our retail team. WHO YOU ARE!
As an ECCO Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for driving and exceeding store financial goals by providing a world-class shopping experience for our guests. Your essential responsibilities include educating guests about products by sharing features, advantages, and benefits of shoes to help them make informed purchasing decisions. You will operate the cash register proficiently, handle accountability for drawer variances, and be knowledgeable about loss prevention. You will maintain daily housekeeping, assist management with tasks such as shipment processing, stock counts, and maintaining product displays. As a Brand Ambassador, you must adhere to ECCO’s policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook and operations manual, including scheduling and dress code guidelines. Strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize, excellent organization and follow-up skills, and good judgment in resolving customer issues are essential. You should have a positive attitude and contribute to ECCO’s culture of passion, innovation, and sustainability. Acting as a role model, you will demonstrate effective selling techniques on the sales floor. These skills are fundamental to our business success. Top performers have unlimited growth opportunities. Compensation:
$16.75 - $17.54 per hour; competitive pay based on skills and experience. Benefits:
