To sell The Brothers that just do Gutters services to the public to generate a quality product for the customer and profit for the company. Sales and Estimating Responsibilities
Attends all estimates on time. Prices new opportunities within 48 hours of the onsite visit with prospect using company production rates. Returns incoming phone calls in a professional manner within 8 business hours of the call. Provides product differentiation to customer throughout the selling process (helps customer understand exactly what they are paying for and why it is a superior product). Effectively sells the company’s services by understanding customer needs and selling to satisfy those needs. Visits every sold job at least once to maintain relationships with customers and crew. Maintains consistent follow-up on all open bids and aims to get a decision on every bid. Targets and markets to the most profitable jobs. Prioritizes work to achieve established sales goals; maintain closing percentage of at least 40%. Develops a well-thought-out prospecting plan to generate leads. Participates in networking groups to establish business relationships and promote the company. Maintains an organized workflow and uses the company CRM. Sets and achieves goals for sales volumes, closing rates, and gross profits. Communication
Maintains regular communication with owners, staff, and field personnel to grow the business. Upholds integrity and professionalism in communications with customers; punctuality for appointments and timely return of calls. Ensures necessary job information is communicated to crew leaders (e.g., job colors, scopes, scheduling, billing). Maintains open communication with crew leaders and teams to stay informed about jobs. Communicates with all employees in a positive and respectful manner. Other Responsibilities
Demonstrates positive leadership with all employees. Attends all meetings on time. Works the necessary hours per week to perform duties timely. Assists in developing and implementing new systems to maintain and increase profitability and organization as the company grows. Assists in problem solving and implementing solutions. Participates in planning company growth and supports the company mission by following through on initiatives. Requirements
