We are looking for highly motivated luxury retail sales agents. Aroma360 Sales Agents are strong closers who build lasting relationships with high-end clientele. The right candidate is a passionate inside sales agent who creates a story and sales pitch that inspires excitement, with an outgoing, warm phone presence! Responsibilities
Retail Sales Agents negotiate and close contracts with Aroma360's local and global clientele. Professional and persuasive selling Become an expert in selling Aroma360 signature fragrance products and Scent Marketing services. Closer with a consultative sales approach Update CRM system with client information Qualifications
Minimum of two years inside or retail sales experience Luxury lifestyle brand experience preferred Confidence in closing with C-Level individuals and high-end clientele Looking for sales reps who perform in the top 10% Strong closing experience Money motivated and commission focused Competitive, outgoing, and high energy Exceptional phone presence and sales approach Results-driven Proficiency in Excel CRM experience, Salesforce preferred but not required Ability to work cohesively within a competitive sales team Compensation and Benefits
