EquipmentShare is searching for a

Territory Account Manager

for our Tooling Solutions rental location to be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Primary Responsibilities

Produce revenue inside facilities by signing contracts or acquiring an MSA Generate revenue by renting directly to non-contract facilities Work with local industrial reps in multiple markets Gather all information on requirements to facilitate RFQs Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can help save money, increase revenue, and operate more efficiently. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with our service and support. Keep them informed about new ways EquipmentShare can improve their business. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications. Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience. Frequent travel: Must be able to physically visit locations within the assigned territory. About You

Tenacious, innovative, and possess superior sales skills 5+ years of experience in industrial facilities Knowledge of industrial contracts Understanding of rental, pump, power, and industrial tooling Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services Competitive but team-oriented mindset
