Selling membership packages and exceeding set goals. Educating customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits and tailoring recommendations to their needs. Achieving personal and team membership sales targets while upselling additional services. Providing a welcoming and positive customer experience from arrival to departure. Handling transactions accurately at the pay terminal. Ensuring safety compliance and adherence to company protocols. Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. Maintaining a professional appearance and a positive attitude. Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Job Requirements
2-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred. High school diploma, equivalent certificate, or current enrollment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate situations professionally. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-first approach. Flexible availability, including weekends. Work Environment & Physical Demands
Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift Comfortability working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50 lbs. occasionally Compliance with all safety protocols and uniform requirements If you are
