Role:
Warehouse Lead
in Palmetto, GA. Coordinate department operations, ensure procedures are documented and followed, and provide leadership in the absence of the Supervisor. Responsibilities
Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed. Assist with monitoring daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions, and productivity administration to be completed accurately and on time. Provide backup and support to the Supervisor and represent them in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required. Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and maximum synergy. Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations, acting as a role model, and assisting with planning, overseeing, and participating in warehouse operations and activities. Able to work the scheduled hours necessary to meet production goals and KPIs; schedule may fluctuate based on business needs. Other duties as assigned. Your Key Qualifications
HS Diploma / GED. Experience in a Lead role. Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment. Prior forklift experience. Compensation
