We’re seeking a proven sales leader with exceptional multi-unit business development expertise to spearhead growth and capture new markets for a leading food distribution company. You bring a history of exceeding targets, building influential relationships, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. If you’re a high-energy closer who thrives in competitive environments and has the vision to expand market share, we want you leading the charge.
What We Offer
Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus program with total compensation potential over 200k/year Paid Time Off (PTO) and flexible time plan Car stipend and mileage reimbursement Technology reimbursement 401(k) plan with company match Health insurance available on day one Weekly pay schedule
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Extensive knowledge and experience in food and/or beverage distribution Demonstrated success in multi-unit business development sales management Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to generate new business (this is a growth-focused role, not account maintenance) Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while attending in-person meetings as needed, with up to 50% travel Proficiency with technology and digital tools Strong understanding of chain brands and supply chain operations Culinary or restaurant industry background preferred
