Overview
Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Coordinator for post-sales support. This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for an associate in Newport News, VA, in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the purchasing, maintenance, and delivery timelines for orders
Proactively communicate order status via phone and email
Prioritize and complete work in order from high priority to low priority
Help improve customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders
Qualifications
Prior sales and/or customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Results oriented and service minded
Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism
Ability to learn quickly and multi-task as well organize and prioritize work
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices
The ability to thrive in an inclusive environment
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

Pay Range Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.
Estimated range: $15.00 - $23.79 per hour/monthly for salaried roles; see note about compensation structure below.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
