Summary The sales assistant is a key face-to-face contact for customers, generating sales through quick, accurate, and courteous service. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, maintaining showroom/warehouse organization, receiving materials, shipping, and coordinating with other branches to ensure high service levels. Essential Job Functions Process customer orders via trade counter or phone. Receive warehouse materials. Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
