Primary Responsibilities The Sr. Account Analyst assists both the KeHE Account Management team and Customer’s personnel with the compilation, processing, and analysis of data as related to the sales, and marketing of products for the Customer’s account. Accountabilities are accomplished through working cooperatively to foster an environment consistent with KeHE’ s Mission and Values. Essential Functions
Pro-actively assist the sales team through data and analytics to support the retailer through current sales, potential sales, engagement of the brands and vendors, promo execution, and points of distribution. Aggregate data from various sources as needed to supply data requests from KeHE accounts. Provide technical and analytical support to both sales and retailers. Pro-actively partners with cross functional teams, including Transportation, Supply Chain and Operations. Create, Maintain, and/or modify department dashboards and analytical tools Support Sales and KeHE Accounts with ad-hoc root cause analysis and corrective actions Assist in maintaining KeHE customer APL’s, new item and promotional AOM’s and Ship Events Other projects as needed. Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food industry including supply chain or equivalent experience. Demonstrated ability to recognize and pursue business opportunities without being directed to, acting quickly and decisively when appropriate. Ability to coordinate and prioritize a high volume of work and meet pressing time requirements. Ability to work independently. Ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals and contribute to a collaborative work environment – must be a team player. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a variety of tasks simultaneously, focusing on those with the highest business impact, including anticipating problems and taking appropriate preventive action to avoid crises whenever possible. Ability to identify issues and opportunities and creatively troubleshoot and solve Demonstrated ability to effectively identify long-term issues, effectively communicate those to the broader team and help identify possible short-term and long-term solutions.
