The Inspection Renewal Representative is responsible for generating, renewing, and pricing inspection agreements for fire protection and life safety systems. This role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering accurate, comprehensive inspection agreements in a timely manner to Eagle Fire’s customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate and renew testing and inspection contracts for fire protection and life safety systems.

Identify and create new service contracts for customers not currently under agreement.

Price and generate proposals using Eagle Fire’s standardized pricing software.

Ensure contracts align with NFPA standards, local codes, and company policies.

Track renewal cycles, follow up on expiring agreements, and maintain accurate records in Eagle Fire systems.

Partner with local operations Team Members, local management, and the corporate inspections team to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and scheduling of contracted services.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide clear communication regarding contract details and services.

Provide inspection contract renewal metrics to management for review on a regular cadence.

Handles each transaction in a way that positively promotes the Company’s reputation.

Responsible for completing continuing education necessary to maintain current certifications and/or licenses as required for the position.

Expected to work safely, by using good judgment and following all Company safety policies and work procedures, with the authority to stop an unsafe act.

Performs other related duties as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Advanced education preferred.

Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

Experience with pricing software, OR.

The equivalent combination of education and experience.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Must continuously adhere to the Company’s Controlled Substances and Alcohol Standards.

Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

Must be able to use a telephone, computer, and other office equipment.
