Build and maintain relationships with developers, builders, and contractors
Guide clients through purchase, renovation, and resale processes
Analyze local market trends to identify profitable opportunities
Present and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers
Collaborate with team members to execute property marketing strategies
Conduct property tours and coordinate inspections as needed
Provide consistent communication and excellent client service throughout each transaction
Qualifications
Active real estate license (or ability to obtain one)
Strong knowledge of the local housing market or a desire to learn quickly
