SailPoint seeks a talented, enthusiastic, and motivated Digital Sales Representative who will drive sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics. Using experience in SaaS opportunity creation and sales, you will deliver a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model while maximizing revenue in target accounts. You will collaborate with a team of field sales counterparts (Outside Account Executive, SEs, Channel Partners, etc.) to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts. The ideal candidate is dynamic, has effective communication skills, is well organized, persuasive, and possesses a deep understanding of digital sales techniques. This role can be based remotely from Germany, or on a hybrid basis from our London or Madrid hubs. Native level German language skills are required. Path to success Our most successful DSRs achieve milestones to reach early productivity and success. Within the first 12 months you will have completed onboarding, training, and demonstrated progress across sales skills, account planning, and quota attainment. Responsibilities
Drive sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics in SaaS opportunities. Deliver a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model while maximizing revenue in target accounts. Collaborate with field sales counterparts (Outside Account Executive, SEs, Channel Partners) to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts. Engage in prospecting and sequencing of outbound and inbound leads, and convert to opportunities in Salesforce within SLAs. Utilize digital tools (LinkedIn, 6Sense, TechTarget, ZoomInfo) to uncover corporate insights and persona-based imperatives. Learn and communicate the SailPoint pitch and participate in Challenger Sales Training. Complete onboarding coursework, CRM setup, and video collateral utilization to support training and ramp. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized with strong persuasion abilities. Experience in SaaS opportunity creation and sales, with ability to sequence prospects and convert leads to opportunities in Salesforce. German language: native level required for this role; role can be remote from Germany or hybrid from London or Madrid. EEO and Application
