What You’ll Be Doing

Income Access is seeking an Account Manager based in our Jacksonville, FL office on a hybrid basis. You will provide clients with ongoing training, technical support, and insight, establishing meaningful, strategic, and profitable relationships. The goal is to retain and grow the business by ensuring clients benefit from the Income Access software and by identifying opportunities to expand use of our products and services. Client Relationship Management — Initiate frequent communication with your portfolio to learn about the clients’ business goals, strategies, pain points, and opportunities to increase revenue. Client Training — Train clients on how to use the software, notify them of upgrades, and schedule training on new features for staff. Client Communication — Increase awareness and uptake of product features, launches, services, and offerings; share relevant industry news to maintain a close professional relationship. Maintain high client satisfaction through effective support and problem resolution. Resolve fundamental technical problems and general how-to questions. Support onboarding of new clients, understanding their business needs and requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or equivalent experience; required. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Service or Business Development; required. Strong client relationship management skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (technical and non-technical). Ability to analyze trends to develop sustainable client program solutions. Knowledge of the Internet, online marketing, and SEO basics. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; knowledge of affiliate marketing and HTML are assets. Excellent sales and negotiation skills; excellent verbal and written English communication with editing skills; Portuguese/Spanish skills are a plus.
