As a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” at Skechers, you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the store’s success in an entry-level retail role. This position offers room to grow and is suitable for those passionate about retail sales, cashier duties, or seeking a flexible schedule. Responsibilities

Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer leaves with the perfect choice and an exceptional experience. Retail Sales Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales goals and develop skills in retail sales and product offerings. Store Operations: Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise; lift and carry shoes and boxes as needed (up to 50 pounds) and stay on your feet during shifts. Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and ensure customers have a great final impression. Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details to enhance the customer experience. Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to maintain a welcoming store environment that reflects the Skechers brand. What You Will Need

Eager to deliver top-notch customer service in an entry-level retail role. Driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals. Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities. Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability. Energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency in representing the Skechers brand. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential. Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application. Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $17.50/hr - $18.57/hr Starting rate: $17.50/hr Competitive pay with regular pay increases.
