We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead the sales effort for our

Vendor Management System (VMS)

SaaS platform. This role is critical in driving new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships within the staffing and workforce solutions industry. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of

SaaS sales ,

workforce technology , and

staffing industry operations , and is passionate about helping clients streamline their vendor management processes through cutting-edge software solutions. Key Responsibilities

New Business Development:

Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities by engaging staffing firms and enterprise clients looking to optimize vendor management through SaaS technology. Product Demonstrations & Consultative Selling:

Deliver compelling presentations and live demos that highlight our VMS platform’s capabilities, tailored to address the unique challenges of each prospective client. Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their goals and ensuring high satisfaction and retention post-sale. Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed quota targets, using a mix of outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, networking, and virtual/in-person meetings. Deal Management & Closing:

Lead complex sales cycles from discovery to close, including contract negotiation and collaboration with legal/procurement to align with client objectives. Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to influence go-to-market strategies and product improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless buyer journey and successful client onboarding. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasting using internal systems and tools. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of proven success in

B2B SaaS sales , preferably in HR tech, VMS, or workforce solutions. Experience selling into the

staffing industry

or

enterprise HR departments

is highly desirable. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cycles. Ability to balance multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of vendor management systems (VMS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), or related workforce technologies is a plus. Tech-savvy, with strong PC skills and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) experience. Ability to travel up to 20%
