Overview
Join Gregory Industries (Strut Division) as a Midwest Regional Sales Manager. This role involves managing a sales team, traveling with Manufacturer Reps, and driving growth across the Midwest territory with a focus on value and service. Responsibilities
Act as the mini-GM of your territory, directing business across the Midwest. Invest days in the field, traveling with and managing Manufacturer Reps; reinforce Gregory’s value and service with every sales call. Make field-based decisions to run the territory like a business, in coordination with the leadership when appropriate. Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, and rep agencies; apply field experience and business acumen to grow the territory. Lead with teamwork, grit, and service; demonstrate accountability and drive results in the Midwest territory (approximately a 300+ mile radius around Chicago). Travel to industry events, trade shows, and the corporate HQ in Canton, OH as needed. Qualifications
Strong understanding of the industry, distributors, contractors, and rep agencies; proven field experience. Ability to build relationships and maintain accountability while growing the territory. Willingness to relocate to Chicago, Milwaukee, Detroit, or nearby, or operate from a Midwest-based home base within the territory. Experience leading a sales team and working cross-functionally; capable of strategic, hands-on leadership in a field role. Location & Territory
Midwest Territory, approximately a 300+ mile radius around Chicago; Midwest home base within the territory required. Compensation & Benefits
