Manage and own outcomes of market research projects from commissioning to invoice Collaborate with Sales and Customer Services to drive revenue growth through client relationship development Provide guidance and troubleshoot project challenges during fielding Communicate project updates and status throughout the project field Administer internal customer relationship information at the project level through efficient project documentation What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2+ years of experience or related work experience Account or client services experience is beneficial Experience in market research is strongly desired Experience in a customer service environment is desired Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
