Overview Account Coordinator – Events & Exhibits Industry (Trainee) | Orlando, FL. Are you ready to launch your career in the exciting world of events and exhibits? You’ll be mentored by seasoned Account Managers and gain hands-on experience in client relations, project coordination, and event production. What You’ll Do
Assist Account Managers with project coordination from concept through completion.
Help manage timelines, budgets, and communication between clients and internal teams.
Track progress, organize deliverables, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
Support trade show logistics, shipping coordination, and post-event follow-up.
Learn the full lifecycle of exhibit and event production.
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational skills and a passion for learning.
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Collaborative mindset with a “jump in and help” attitude.
Previous administrative, marketing, or event coordination experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $50K to $55K+, depending on experience
Benefits: Medical contribution, paid time off, 401K with company contribution (after 12 months)
