Overview

We are representing an industry-leading Fortune 500 Aerospace/Defense company seeking a Regional Sales Manager (Forging/Metals). Reporting to the NA Director of Sales, this role will expand market presence, execute customer-focused initiatives, and support revenue targets. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity. This is a Technical Sales Leadership role (Forging/Metals). Engineering Degree is preferred; however, candidates with Forging Business Development experience may also be considered. Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr. Additional compensation types include Annual Bonus. Car allowance may apply. Note: This is a US-based position requiring ITAR compliance. U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Card holder required. Compensation note: This position includes base salary, a potential 25% bonus, and a car allowance. Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to develop solutions, drive specification and commercialization, and expand territories using a hands-on, technical approach to application development. Build and manage a pipeline while closing opportunities to accelerate growth in North America. Drive sales to meet budget and strategic plan revenue/profit targets. Maintain regular follow-up with customers on projects, guiding specification and commercialization of customer programs. Grow the project pipeline through customer presentations, processing trials, and regular contact with technical staff at customers. Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to address technical product questions and enable scale-up and commercialization. Present technology to technical groups and the organization; develop and execute strategic market plans across market segments. Manage contractual agreements and ensure compliance with existing customers; develop cross-functional relationships with key decision makers at all levels. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred. Experience with Forging/Metals. Must meet ITAR compliance requirements; candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents. Hands-on technical development skills with stainless steel is preferred but not required; experience with mechanical and functional parts is valuable. Ability to translate customer application requirements into product performance attributes; inventive, creative, and problem-solving mindset. Employment type
