Job Summary

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for managing house accounts and supporting overall sales growth by proactively identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. This role includes generating and qualifying leads, managing a pipeline of opportunities, preparing quotes, and ensuring accurate data entry into CRM systems. Responsibilities

Safely complete all job duties in compliance with company safety policies and procedures. Proactively contact prospective clients using internal resources and sales tools to generate qualified leads. Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities with a focus on conversion, utilizing CRM tools to track and follow up on activity. Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and aligning products and services to meet their needs. Maintain and grow existing accounts through targeted retention and engagement efforts. Provide timely and accurate quotes using the company’s business systems. Assist with product cross-referencing and standardization to minimize excess and obsolete inventory. Leverage technical knowledge of filtration products to support clients and provide value-added solutions. Collaborate with Territory Managers, manufacturers, and suppliers to support the sales cycle and ensure customer satisfaction. Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records within the CRM system. Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and product expertise. Stay informed on product offerings and industry trends through continuous learning and self-study. Support branch and corporate initiatives related to sales, customer support, training, and marketing efforts. Use sales reports and CRM analytics to manage assigned accounts effectively and identify growth opportunities. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and best practices. Qualifications

Keen customer focus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel Technical expertise related to product and service Solid organizational and prioritization skills Effective time management skills with demonstrated sense of urgency. Strong analytical abilities Demonstrated Capabilities

Tenacious with strong follow-through skills and attention to detail Confident, competitive, and driven to succeed Effective cold-calling and client-management skills Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and internet navigation Strong organizational skills with excellent time management Ability to achieve and exceed monthly individual and team sales goals Ability to learn technical information quickly and thoroughly Team player and career-minded Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, a plus Professional demeanor with high level of integrity and discretion Self-starter with strong attention to detail Results oriented professional with good analytical skills Experience & Education

Minimum 4 Years Prior Inside Sales Experience Preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred High school diploma or equivalency required Interpersonal Skills
