This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Internet Sales Representative. Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus but not a requirement. We are located in El Cajon, CA. The Sales Agent will be responsible for managing internet leads, communicating with customers, and assisting with vehicle sales and promotions. Responsibilities
Manage internet leads and customer communications to support vehicle sales and promotions. Create a welcoming and exciting car buying experience for all customers. Assess customer needs and guide them to purchase or lease a vehicle using the method that meets their needs (online, in-store, or a hybrid). Become a product expert and ambassador for all El Cajon Ford products and services. Ensure a smooth and stress‑free buying experience from first contact through contract, paperwork, and delivery. Review operating features, warranty, and finalized paperwork with customers to ensure confidence in their purchase. Develop customer relationships and maintain prospecting efforts that encourage repeat business and lifetime customers of El Cajon Ford. Qualifications
Strong communication skills; Spanish is a plus. Experience in sales or customer service. Knowledge of the automotive industry and Ford vehicles. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Experience with CRM software is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience; automotive industry is preferred. Professional work ethic and high integrity. Ability to work well in a team and/or independently. Strong problem solving and follow-up skills. Additional notes: Referrals can increase interview chances.
