Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Crabtree Valley Mall I at Bath & Body Works. Join the team for a seasonal role during the holiday season and help spread the cheer. You will be the face of Bath & Body Works, understanding customers’ needs and helping them find the best products while delivering exceptional customer experiences that contribute to sales growth and a positive, high-energy environment. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at check-out. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Adhere to safety standards; maintain a safe, clean, and engaging store environment. Maintain policies and procedures in accordance with company standards. Qualifications
Thrives in a customer-first retail environment with demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication skills; open to feedback and able to adapt quickly. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Core Competencies
