Overview Driven by our passion for perfection for over 290 years, opportunities exist for Event Sales Representatives to promote, pitch, and sell ZWILLING premium culinary products at Costco Warehouse locations.

Responsibilities

ZWILLING product demonstrations focused on driving sales and brand awareness.

Answer customers’ questions and overcome objections while creating an energetic and fun event.

Consistently achieve sales that meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives.

Communicate replenishment needs by completing scheduled product inventories preceding, during and after the event.

Communicate regularly with retailers and the internal management team, providing constructive insights and feedback.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities

Confident, persuasive, dynamic public speaking skills in front of a live audience.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (set-up, break down, and restocking demo booths).

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Must be available to work nights and weekends, and potentially overnight travel, as needed.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required for this role.

Skills for Success in Event Sales Roles

Consumer goods and services sales experience.

Roadshow experience to present products.

Experience in direct or pitch style sales is ideal.

Culinary experience with a passion for food.

Theater/acting experience to convey information clearly, effectively, positively, and engagingly.

Schedule and Pay, Bonus and Commission Structure

Demo Booth set-up: Thursday evening (8:00pm–10:30pm).

Roadshow: Friday through the following Sunday (10 consecutive days).

Monday–Friday: 10–12 hours per day.

Saturday–Sunday: 8–11 hours per day.

Demo Booth tear-down: Sunday evening (6:00pm – 8:30pm).

Hours may vary based on roadshow location or during holiday seasons.

Option to work one roadshow per month or two roadshows per month (at least 3 ½ days off between roadshows).

All positions commence part-time and may shift to full-time, in certain markets, following time and sales goals achievement.

Compensation includes:

Base hourly pay plus applicable overtime. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. The hourly wage range for this position will commence at $15.00 to $17.50 plus overtime.

An aggressive, uncapped sales performance-based commission/bonus structure.

On average, experienced demonstrators can earn $2,300–$2,500 per 10-day assignment, with potential to earn more based on sales performance.

Up to 50% off retail cost on ZWILLING products across all brands.

Employee referral monetary rewards.

401k plan with company match of the first 3% plus additional match, following 12 months of service.

All positions will require local travel for events/shows.

Shows within 50 miles of residence: Reimbursable mileage (personal vehicle) or reasonable transit costs.

Shows more than 50 miles from residence: We will cover necessary travel costs within reason to include hotel, airfare, rental car, and up to $50/day for meals.
