Indirect Retail Account Manager (Retail Distribution)

Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with your accounts, becoming their go-to technology partner for all Logitech solutions. Act as the primary go-to expert for your accounts.
In partnership with internal commercial and marketing teams, develop and drive vertical GTM strategies through distribution-led commercial teams, expanding assortment, account base and share through defined accounts and verticals.
Set and track performance metrics for distribution accounts, ensuring alignment with channel and company objectives.
Execute with meaning, speed, accuracy, and reliability.
Ensure smooth execution of distribution operations serving indirect retail channels, including order management, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to align distributor initiatives with company goals.
Provide regular updates on account performance, market trends, and competitive insights to internal stakeholders.
Deliver product training and enablement sessions to distributor sellers to equip them to represent and grow the brand effectively.
Execute Quarterly Business Reviews and provide data insights to performance results, identifying opportunities for growth.
Manage quarterly MDF (Market Development Funds) plans, ensuring expenditures align with budget guidelines for set accounts.
Key Qualifications
Years of proven and solid sales experience working with Distribution and Retail Channels.
Results-driven and committed to finding new opportunities in a growing business.
Strong sales and communications skills; able to conduct effective presentations face-to-face and virtually.
Strong relationship skills across all necessary levels with partners.
Business and industry knowledge with a proven ability to build relationships with Distribution and Consumer Partners.
Strong collaboration skills enabling successful GTM deployment in a matrixed environment.
Focused on meeting deadlines and uplifting culture through a collaborative, one-team approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Willingness to travel (40%).
Proven sales quota performance.
High degree of persistence and follow-through.
Strong teamwork qualities in achieving results through shared best practices.
Ability to develop team skills and business development capabilities.
Flexibility in scheduling to adjust to changing business needs.
OTE : This position offers an OTE (base+variable bonus) typically between
$128K
and
$245K , depending on location and experience. In some circumstances, higher compensation may be considered based on business need, candidate experience, and skills.
