As a Telephonic Client Manager, you will manage, protect, and grow revenue through the sale of LexisNexis products, services, and content. You will initiate contact with and sell to both prospects and existing customers. Your responsibilities include assessing their needs, creating a pipeline of new business opportunities, and ensuring retention. Responsibilities
Initiate and respond to inbound and outbound sales contacts with prospective and existing customers. Achieve and exceed monthly sales and KPI targets where possible. Accept orders, close sales, and maintain customer records on CRM systems. Record sales prospecting activities in tracking systems. Manage moderately complex territory accounts, products, and sales processes. Contact clients with moderate authority to set and negotiate service terms. Continuously build knowledge of business, market, and account needs. Requirements
Adapt information and communication style to the audience. Develop competence through structured work assignments. Have a general understanding of sales methodology and a proven track record in achieving quotas. Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Apply broad knowledge of products and solutions. Experience in telesales and selling subscription products. Work in a way that works for you
