AGS LLC
Sales Enablement Specialist - Interactive
The Sales Enablement Specialist plays a critical sales enablement role within AGS Interactive Division, supporting Account Managers by shaping how we communicate our brand, products, and performance to customers. Unlike a traditional marketing role, this position is focused on ensuring consistency and clarity in our customer-facing messaging through presentations, decks, one-pagers, and sales content that tells our story with confidence and impact.
The ideal candidate is a structured and creative communicator who is passionate about brand storytelling, knows how to simplify complex ideas, and has strong instincts for what customers want to see. This role also involves hands-on support with internal processes, including deck approvals, game enablements, and coordination around events and panel discussions. It’s perfect for someone with both right-brain creativity and left-brain execution power.
Responsibilities
Sales Messaging Strategy – Lead the development of consistent messaging across sales materials, ensuring alignment with AGS positioning, brand values, and product capabilities.
Content Development – Build and maintain client-facing materials, including pitch decks, product one-pagers, and templates that empower the account team to sell effectively.
Creative Direction – Drive visual and narrative direction for decks and presentations, collaborating with internal designers or agencies to ensure clear, concise, and visually appealing outputs.
Sales Enablement Ops – Own and manage the internal deck approval process, ensuring final materials are accurate, aligned, and on-brand.
Administrative Support – Assist with internal ticketing processes (e.g., game enablements), asset requests, and logistics tied to go-lives, conferences, and client campaigns.
Cross-Team Collaboration – Partner closely with account managers, commercial leads, product marketing, and creative teams to support messaging initiatives.
Conference & Event Support – Assist in developing materials for industry conferences, including AGS panel strategy, speaker talking points, and on-site support content.
Internal Organization – Maintain a centralized library of approved messaging materials and ensure regular updates across shared folders and tools.
Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in a sales enablement, marketing communications, content development, or related role.
Proven strength in storytelling, copywriting, and synthesizing ideas into clear, client-friendly narratives.
Experience developing professional decks and sales materials (PowerPoint, Canva).
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables at once.
Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and formatting skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or basic reporting tools is a plus.
High collaboration mindset with the confidence to recommend improvements and drive change.
Experience or interest in the casino or iGaming industry is a plus.
Passion for consistency, clarity, and helping teams tell a more compelling story.
Note: All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
