Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - WEST ACRES SHOPPING CENTER at

Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demonstrating products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. Perform physical tasks required by store positions, including standing, walking, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders, and handling products. Ability to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engaging store environments by adhering to safety standards and expectations. Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication, openness to feedback, and ability to adapt quickly. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
