They are seeking an
Advertising Sales Executive (Digital + Radio)
who can thrive in the fast-moving world of digital media while leveraging the influence of trusted local radio. This is an outside sales role, and while you’ll have an office base, most of your time will be spent in the field meeting with clients, prospects, and community partners. If you have a background in digital marketing, sports marketing, or media sales (digital, TV, radio, or print) and you’re ready to grow your career, this is a great opportunity.
What You’ll Do
Develop new business through prospecting, networking, outreach, and events
Build client relationships and close business
Create effective proposals that combine digital and radio solutions
Deliver measurable results for clients through innovative advertising campaigns
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure success
Provide reporting and insights that build long‑term client trust and open doors for growth
Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals across digital and radio
Represent The Roar FM with professionalism at client meetings, community events, and industry functions
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in digital marketing or media sales
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build lasting relationships and close deals through trust
Creative problem‑solving and an entrepreneurial mindset
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience and results matter most
