The Sales Specialist – Immunohistochemistry for Leica Biosystems is responsible for developing and executing successful sales strategies for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in territory. They will work collaboratively with Sales, Service and Applications counterparts to achieve Leica Biosystems performance targets while exceeding customer expectations. This position is fully remote. You will be part of the Commercial Organization and report to the Sales Manager responsible for a team of sales representatives to exceed Leica Biosystems sales goals and deliver on commercial strategies. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To The Sales Specialist will achieve annual product sales goals set for the territory while coordinating with the local assigned team within the territory. Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC with coaching as needed. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance and coordinate product demos, installs, and customer training with support from manager and/or mentor. Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems’ influence and presence across territories. Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies, utilize Strategic Selling tools (Blue sheets) with mentorship and guidance. Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools (such as DOMO, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews). The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science OR equivalent work experience Minimum 3+ years relevant sales experience (or equivalent work experience) Proven time management skills Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software; Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Travel And Vehicle Requirements Ability to travel 50-75%; overnight for territory coverage (if applicable) and/or for company meetings Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Nice to have Prior capital sales experience Danaher and Leica Biosystems offer a comprehensive benefits package and remote work arrangements where eligible. The salary range is $100,000 - $135,000, with potential bonus/incentive pay. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
