Overview

Sales Specialist – Histology Instruments for Leica Biosystems (a Danaher operating company). This role is part of the Commercial Organization and is fully remote. You will develop and execute sales strategies to achieve rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in the territory, collaborating with Sales, Service, and Applications teams to meet Leica Biosystems performance targets and exceed customer expectations. As a member of the Leica Biosystems Sales team, you will contribute to advancing cancer diagnostics and improving lives, using Danaher’s system of continuous improvement to turn ideas into impact. Responsibilities

Achieve annual product sales goals for the territory, coordinating with the local team; maintain accurate opportunity data in SFDC with coaching as needed. Deliver sales and support, coordinate product demos, installations, and customer training with support from a manager or mentor. Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems' influence and presence across territories. Monitor competitive activities and strategies, and utilize strategic selling tools with mentorship guidance. Develop on products, DBS, and LBS tools (such as DOMO, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews). Essential Requirements

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent work experience Minimum 3+ years relevant sales experience (or equivalent) Proven time management skills Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience, including in a matrixed environment Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Travel and Vehicle Requirements

Ability to travel 50-75%; overnight for territory coverage and/or company meetings Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Preferred Experience

Prior capital sales experience Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range: $85,000 – $120,000 (may be modified in the future) Bonus/incentive pay eligibility Comprehensive benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) Remote Work
