This role is fully remote within the Sales team and reports to the Sales Manager. You will develop and execute sales strategies for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion in your territory, collaborating with Sales, Service and Applications colleagues to meet Leica Biosystems performance targets and exceed customer expectations. In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to a world-class Commercial organization, leveraging Danaher’s system of continuous improvement to turn ideas into impact and deliver tangible outcomes for customers and patients. Key responsibilities The Sales Specialist will achieve annual product sales goals for the territory and maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC with coaching as needed. Deliver sales and support, coordinate product demos, installs, and customer training with support from the manager and/or mentor to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop Leica Biosystems’ presence across the territory by engaging with prospective and current customers. Monitor competitive activities and strategies, and utilize Strategic Selling tools with mentorship and guidance. Develop on products, DBS, LBS tools (such as DOMO, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews) to support sales efforts. Essential requirements Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science OR equivalent work experience Minimum 3+ years relevant sales experience (or equivalent work experience) Proven time management skills Proven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience or selling in a matrixed environment Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software; Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Travel and driving requirements Ability to travel 50-75%; overnight for territory coverage and/or company meetings Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Preferred experience Prior capital sales experience Compensation and benefits Salary range: $100,000 - $135,000, with potential bonus/incentive pay Comprehensive benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) Flexible, remote working arrangements may be available for eligible roles; additional information provided during interview Other information Note: Pay and benefits are determined by company policy and may be modified at the Company’s discretion.
