Account Executive – Mid Market at Yardi. Yardi is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Account Executive for the Commercial Account team with a proven track record in enterprise software sales and SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing enterprise mid-market accounts and a deep knowledge of the commercial sales landscape. What You’ll Do
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of enterprise mid-market accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and growth. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive client retention and revenue expansion. Provide administrative support to the sales process, including handling renewals, managing client escalations, and related duties. Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ business needs and challenges, aligning Yardi’s solutions to deliver effective results. Deliver captivating presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders, showcasing the value of Yardi’s SaaS solutions. Who You Are
Minimum of three years (3+) experience in sales, with a focus on software product sales. Proven track record of success in enterprise sales in software or tech, preferably in the commercial sector. Thorough understanding of the sales cycle: lead generation, discovery and qualification, pricing/packaging/positioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders. Strong ability to manage and grow commercial enterprise (mid-market) accounts with exceptional relationship-building skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and compelling sales presentations. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Up to 50% travel required.
