We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a BoxLunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a significant part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store attractively, all while focusing on the in-store experience. What You'll Do
Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, utilizing your product knowledge and customer service skills. Maintain visual standards by covering the sales floor zone and managing assigned areas. Operate the register to process sales transactions and promote add-on sales, including benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising. Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners. Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry. Support store maintenance, including organizing the stock room and keeping the store tidy. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals. Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader. What You'll Need
Previous retail experience is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus! Strong customer service and sales skills. You must be at least 16 years old to join the team. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds. Pay range:
$17.95 - $18.45 an hour . Final salary will depend on education, location, experience, and other factors. Additional Details
