What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Supervise day-to-day operations of the Lead Generation Specialists team, serving as the main escalation point for customer inquiries and issues - Analyze data insights and trends to effectively prioritize pipeline leads and drive business impact - Define, manage, and implement enhancements to processes and systems within the Inside Sales structure - Provide regular, constructive feedback to enhance team performance and inspire members to achieve outstanding results - Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to resolve conflicts and ensure seamless operations
What is Required (Qualifications): - Associate’s degree and 7+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment - Strong background in sales and call center practices, including metrics and service quality management - Customer service experience in a medical or health-related environment - Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting patients with diabetes - Experience providing remote support in a regulated environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment - Familiarity with industry best practices and standards in a medical device context
