What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Cultivate relationships at all levels of a client organization to ensure strategic alignment and effective sales management

Lead business reviews and ensure timely communication around initiatives, projects, and escalations

Educate clients and stakeholders on industry insights and best practices related to the employer's solutions

Manage RFP responses and perform platform demos for potential clients

Create and maintain Scope of Work (SOW) documents in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 5 years of sales or account management experience in healthcare and/or technology services

Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and deepen stakeholder relationships

Effective presentation skills, particularly in a sales capacity

Ability to manage complex situations and collaborate with all levels of management and cross‑functional teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

At least 3 years of experience in Behavioral Health or Home Health and Long‑Term Care sectors

At least 3 years of experience working with electronic health records
