What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Own revenue responsibilities for the employer’s fully & self-insured market, focusing on the 50-200 life segment
Continue and expand existing fully insured broker partnerships
Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking fully insured sales and partnership pipeline
Manage relationships within the employer's partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers
Present and communicate the value proposition to external stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role
Strong ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders
Desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
Experience in health insurance is strongly preferred
Commitment to the mission of improving the healthcare system
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in the healthcare technology sector
Proven track record of successful sales or partnership development
Familiarity with the fully & self-insured market
Excellent relationship management skills
