Under limited supervision, receive walk-in/call-in visitors, identify and contact leads, explain and demonstrate community benefits, and close sales to maintain occupancy levels. Review databases to identify leads, encourage deposits, and promote visits and tours. Maintain relationships with current residents and their families to generate referrals. Plan and execute events to attract prospects, understand competitors, and conduct tours and meetings with potential residents. Explain fee structures, coordinate move-in logistics, and prepare legal documents for contracts. Follow up post-move to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; minimum five years' experience in real estate or healthcare, with two years in sales or promotion. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance. Benefits
