Compensation

Base hourly pay $14.43 - $18.40, adjusted for experience and location.

Average incentive pay $162.00 - $389.00 per month.

Store hours: Monday 9AM-6PM, Tuesday-Friday 9AM-5PM, Saturday 9AM-12PM.

Full‑time work week 37.5 hours.

Up to three weeks of paid time off during first year.

Responsibilities

Consistently up‑sell and cross‑sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.

Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks.

Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes.

Serve as backup by assisting in the functions of Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable.

Qualifications

Previous sales and customer service experience with ability to drive results.

Effective written and oral communication skills.

Proficiency in navigating multiple websites and programs.

Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.

Basic geography knowledge beneficial.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Satisfactory pre‑employment and post‑employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state/vendor specific screenings. May include obtaining necessary membership license or others as required to perform essential functions.
