Seasonal Retail Sales Associate-UPTOWN VIRGINIA
Base pay range: $13.08/hr - $13.08/hr This role is a seasonal position at Bath & Body Works. The job involves delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences, helping customers find products, and supporting store operations during the holiday season. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates may climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products and maintain store visual appearance. Lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds as needed. Adhere to safety standards to provide a safe, clean, and engaging customer experience. Maintain our values, policies, and procedures. Qualifications
Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Core Competencies
