This is a full-time retail sales manager position at Millennium Wireless Technology, Inc., an AT&T Authorized Retailer. The pay range for this position is $49,731.00/yr - $102,608.00/yr, with unlimited commission potential. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience managing a high traffic, sales driven retail wireless store. They will understand the art of selling, be able to demonstrate a sales process, and have a successful history of recruiting and coaching staff. Responsibilities will include managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and providing excellent customer service. The candidate will also be expected to have a dynamic personality, positive energy, and a desire to continue growing professionally. Minimum requirements for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 4 years of proven work history and success in retail wireless sales, and experience managing a minimum of 3 direct reports in a retail sales environment.
