We are looking for an experienced, results-driven, customer-oriented Sales Manager. In this role, you will be in charge of developing and implementing an effective, sustainable local sales strategy. You will be responsible for planning and executing sales in the own sales segment and will be a critical member of the local leadership team. As a Technogym salesperson, you should be hungry, highly professional, industry credible and collaborative. You will develop and maintain strong relationships and manage a large portfolio of products, services and solutions. Your Impact

Achieve sales targets in line with reserved conditions and DSO targets (Cash In) Contribute to defining and implementing the local Marketing Plan Hire, train and coach the Sales team to ensure they get level of skills and competencies on products, processes, systems, building comprehensive sales organization line market potential own segment Execute weekly appointment management reviews, maximize conversion rates, provide reliable forecast Guarantee systematic use of CRM, obtain clean, up-to-date, complete database in terms of marketing attributes, customers, leads, etc. Develop and create top locations, build aspirational brand, generate home leads Lead Sales team maximizing performance, people development, engagement according to Company Culture model Guarantee continuous proactive feedback from market About You

Ideally you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic, proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical. You should be a leader with strong organizational and analytical skills, curious, with no fear of crossing borders to innovate and find new business leveraging strong strategic competencies.
