Overview
Taylor Corporation is looking for an Account Manager to join our Inside Sales Team in North Mankato. This position focuses on nurturing current accounts in a geographically assigned territory but may also manage relationships for some key and national accounts. Responsibilities
Managing the entire sales cycle from working with current customers to finding new clients within each account Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships Designing, developing & delivering sales proposals and presentations on product benefits Presenting products & ideas to distributors in a way that they can sell to their clients (Value-Based selling) Setting and conducting annual Account Reviews with top customers Providing quotes and virtual concepts (digital visuals of logos on our products), along with follow up for larger opportunities Tradeshow and website generated warm lead follow up You Must Have
Strong written, verbal and digital communication skills Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with customers and co-workers Determined – able to see a goal and do whatever is necessary to achieve it Ambitious – driver of initiatives; see what’s needed and move without waiting for instruction Nurturing in nature – willingness and desire to serve customers and provide solutions, showing you care along the way We Would Also Prefer
Associate's degree preferred in Sales or Marketing, or equivalent experience 2-3 years previous sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business setting Promotional Industry experience a plus Customer Service experience Additional Requirements
Up to 20% travel may be required Compensation
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $45,000 - $57,000. The actual base salary offered depends on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, education, certifications, and location. About Taylor Corporation
