They design and manufacture a range of high-quality, U.S.-made products used across welding, automation, and metal fabrication industries – supporting customers nationwide.

What You’ll Do
Communicate directly with customers to process orders, prepare quotes, and answer product or shipment questions
Coordinate with outside sales and operations to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
Set up freight for incoming and outgoing shipments
Manage ERP data for orders, quotes, and bills of materials (BOMs)
Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts
Provide light technical support (for those familiar with welding/industrial products)

What We’re Looking For
1–5+ years of inside sales or customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication and organizational skills; comfortable handling multiple priorities
Experience with order entry, quotes, and freight coordination
(Preferred) Familiarity with welding, metal fabrication, or related industrial products
Pay:
$45K–$70K (based on experience) + discretionary bonus
Schedule:
Onsite, Monday–Friday, 1st shift
Employment type:
6-month contract-to-hire
