Sales Development Representative (SDR) - US . Job Description: The SDR role will be calling leads who signed up for a free trial with Connecteam. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities in the North America region. Daily tasks will include researching and engaging with potential prospects, initiating outreach through multiple channels, setting up and leading discovery calls, and managing lead follow-up. Requirements: 1+ years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS or tech sales. Tech-savvy with fast onboarding capability. Energetic, driven, and ready to grow into an AE role. Strong objection handling and demo confirmation discipline. Independent and curious to learn. What We Offer: We build our people up.
