Consistently meet and exceed sales goals. Lead by example and inspire the team to generate clientele and maximize customer retention. Deliver an excellent customer experience through a customer-first approach. Contribute to a technology-led in-store experience. Maintain high customer feedback scores on service evaluations. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying brand values and engaging customers. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and oversee inbound/outbound inventory. Track metrics related to inventory and use this data to improve team performance. Support loss prevention initiatives and store operational procedures. Support merchandising standards and lead training efforts. Provide feedback on sales, product, and customer insights to leadership. Onboard new hires and coach existing staff to improve performance. Maintain a professional and productive work environment. Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years retail experience. Experience in sales or operationally intensive environments. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude. Detail-oriented problem solver. Work Schedule & Benefits:
Full-time, hourly position, 30-40 hours/week. Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
