face-to-face retail marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and career development opportunities
for our team members. The Opportunity: We are looking for energetic, people-driven individuals to join our team as AT&T Sales Consultants with plans to transition and train into entry level management.
In this role, you’ll become the face of the brand inside major retail stores, helping customers explore the latest AT&T products and services while building long-term relationships. What You’ll Do: Represent the AT&T brand in a professional, customer-first manner Engage customers with hands-on product demos and solutions Educate customers on AT&T services, promotions, and upgrades Help customers select the right products and services for their needs Track sales, maintain accurate records, and support retail campaign goals What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiasm for customer service and technology Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Prior retail or sales experience is a plus (but not required — training provided) Must be 18+ with reliable transportation to retail locations What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses Hands-on training in
