As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you're at the heart of creating a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and keen attention to detail. You help keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is always customer-ready. Your friendly and approachable attitude fosters a warm environment that invites customers to return, while supporting your team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service.
Responsibilities How our Recovery Colleagues spend their day:
Start each day energized and prepared — wearing their name badge, greeting coworkers, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and ready for customers. They review goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions to stay informed and ready to sell.
On the floor, focus on the customer — offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to create an experience that brings customers back.
Maintain a shoppable space throughout the day by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.
Finish Strong — sharing our Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you, often walking the package around and using the customer's name.
Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.
Strive for excellence as a journey, take pride in work, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver store results.
Note: Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability. Information regarding hours per week needed for benefit eligibility purposes can be found here.

Must be able to:
Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
You can handle electronic devices with no problem
Essential Physical Requirements
This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level
Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process transactions
